Display Full Path in Search Result Listings in Seafile Community Edition

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone knows whether it’s possible to display the full path in the search result listings for directories and files in the Seafile Community Edition. Currently, only the directory name is shown, which can be quite confusing when there are multiple directories with the same name.

For instance, if I have several directories named “Reports” in different parts of my Seafile library, the search results just show “Reports” without any indication of their locations. This makes it difficult to quickly identify which “Reports” directory I need to access.

I understand that the Community Edition misses certain search features available in the Pro Edition, but I’ve noticed that the HTTP result for search requests already returns the full path. This means it’s more a question of simply displaying the additional information in the UI, rather than implementing a new backend feature.

Displaying the full path in addition to the directory name would be incredibly helpful and would significantly improve the usability of the search function. Does anyone know if this feature exists or if there’s a workaround to achieve this?
