Error when upload files with Nginx reverseproxy

Hello,
I try to install and configure Seafile server on a Debain 11.

I have an issue when I try to uploading file. I hink the error come from the FILE_SERVER_ROOT url.

This is my configuration :

First Nginx like reverseproxy :
