Hello, I’m new to Seafile. I uploaded some word documents, but noticed when I or other users view the files they can’t preview them online. They have to download the files to view them. Is that standard? or is there someway to have previews visible in libraries. Thanks

Office file preview is a feature exclusive to Seafile Professional Edition (PE). For a side-by-side comparison of Seafile’s two editions, see here.
But: You can integrate Seafile Community Edition (CE) with an online office server such as ONLYOFFICE or Collabora. When you do that, not only can you view office documents, but also will you be able edit them online.
