"How to Build Seafile" for Linux still up to date?

Hi,

I need to compile the Seafile Command Line Client for an older Ubuntu version but before I wanted to ask: Is Linux - Seafile Admin Manual still up to date?

I ask because it mentions “ccnet” in

To build Seafile client, you need first build libsearpc and ccnet, seafile.

and as far as I know “ccnet” is not used anymore (?).

Furthermore the advice

You can set --enable-ws to no to disable notification server.

is somehow confusing. I use an enable option to disable something? Maybe you could provide an example?

The doc for building linux client is somewhat outdated. We’ll update it recently.

Thank you very much @Jonathan. I would thankfurt to get a notification here so that I know when I can start building.

We have updated the build document on Linux - Seafile Admin Manual
