how to create a public Library in seafile 13.0.25.

my web is like this.

To create a public library (shared with all members of the server), navigate to the Shared with all tab on the left navigation panel and click the Add Library button.

If you do not see the “Add Library” button in that view, it is likely due to the following:

  • Community Edition: Only system administrators are permitted to share libraries to the “Shared with all” section.
  • Professional Edition: This is a permission-based feature. Administrators can enable it for regular users by setting can_add_public_repo to True in the Roles and Permissions configuration.

If you are a regular user, please contact your Seafile administrator to assist with creating the public library or updating your permissions.
