How to prevent local storage and enable online only access

Hello, When, for example, a group is created and users are added to that group, that user accesses specific data via SeaDrive that they have permission to access in that group. All that data is also stored locally for them. After the user is deleted, they no longer have access to the server, but all that data is still stored locally.

How can it be set up so that the data is not stored locally, but they can only access it while they have access to the server?

You can use “Online read-write/Online read-only” sharing permission to prevent users storing the files locally.

If you use Seafile sync or drive desktop clients, there is no guarantee that files stored/cached locally be reliably deleted.
