Hello, a litle naive question, but i can’t find a way to share the library with all seafile users. Just can’t find corresponding button in web-client.
Documentaion says that on main page, in the section ‘Shared with all’ have to be a button to add library, but i can’t find ^) In this section i only can see my prevously shared with all library, i can remove it from share, but can’t add anothe one.
Can’t find 
I logged in my cloud, select “System Admin” from drop down menu on my avatar. Next what? My left menu looks like this:
And not one of this menu item not allow to create new shared with all library.
If i logged in as admin user (but not in System Admin mode), i can see this:
It looks like correct place, but there is no Plus sing near “Shared with all” list of libraries.
You can try click “Shared with all” to go to the dedicated page for “Shared with all” group. Then you can see the dropdown menu at the top.
Nope, it doesn’t clickable, not a link at all. Can you, please, send URI of dedicated shared with all page?
Got 10 version from backup and get this URI from there ^)

Hey, I know this is a zombie thread, but I wanted to put this out here as I spent a few hours chasing the same “problem” in Seafile 13.
I just had my Doh! moment when I realized that “Files” is a drop-down. After all my searching, testing, checking and rechecking config files, and even trying to look at the website code, I finally noticed the little arrow. Then, there it was, plain as day. I hadn’t noticed it because it doesn’t open automatically like the “Share Admin” one does.
Maybe I need sleep.
