I can't update the Seafile desktop client

I can’t update the old version of the client.
I have version 7.0.6 installed.
When I try to update the client to the latest version, I get the following error.

The same happens with a regular uninstall.

How do I update the client?

Normally, uninstalling or upgrading shouldn’t trigger a message saying the old installation package can’t be found. When this happens, it’s likely an issue with Windows Installer. I recommend using the troubleshooter to help remove the program.
