Keep deleted files locally

Is there any way to keep deleted files (that were removed from server) locally on a PC ?
I am using SeaFile Community Edition

Unfortunately this is not how syncing and SeaDrive is designed to work.

Enable file versioning in SeaFile settings, sync the library to your PC, and recover deleted files from the “History” or “Recycle Bin” in the SeaFile client.
