Lost admin account

Hi. One of my colleagues managed to remove all admin accounts on the system and now we can login to the system but can’t access the admin section.

I’ve tried looking in the EmailUser table but it is empty. Can i insert some values there in order to fix the issue? what values should i put?

hi. tried that already but it does not fix things. any other idea?

so i have managed to upgrade to 7.18 and now i do have access to the admin page but cannot manage users and groups. the only thing i can manage is system settings
