MAC OSX Seadrive cannot connect

Hello together,

I couldn’t find an answer so I write an topic.
I cannot connect to my seafile server since i updated to 3.0.11 Seadrive. the seafile server works fine with in browser and with windows seadrive as well.
my seadrive-gui.log says: 10/10/24 10:04:43] pipe client failed to connect to server: No such file or directory

anybody an idea? need more infos?

The Finder extension is not started. You can click the SeaDrive entry in the left pane of Finder to activate it.

Hey,

I did but there is only the ring of loading and in the log repeated this message…. background service didnt start, can i manually start it to test?

Hey,

I did this from this post:

and reboot about 5 times and use Appcleaner from freemacsoft and install it three times and reboot again :wink: and suddenly it works again.

btw there was a button in finder when I go to the seadrive folder it says upgrading seadrive… and after I delete seadrive with appcleaner it show me the very first time a button with something like „delete seadrive“ I pushed it and says yes and after another reboot and installing it works.

hopefully anybody can follow my thought and describing and it helps!!!
