I think this was the official manual. It is outdated.

The current manual also lacks information on what changed. Thus to stay up to date one has to check all pages for updates. That is not feasible.
Eleven month later the content still isn’t available on Google. Some pages are linked but the content isn’t search and by default the hits are hidden due to similarity. Due to the javascript being used to load the page the content isn’t indexed at all.
The pages are still loading slow and anchors do not work. No caching is being used at all.
In the meantime there also were users which wanted to submit improvements which wasn’t possible.
The manual will be changed soon when we release 8.0 version before the end of this year.
The new manual on https://manual.seafile.com/ looks very promising and is very fast and responsive.
