Not able to use admin APIs

I was using this API

https://cloud.seafile.com/api/v2.1/admin/users/

But then I always get 403.
Even though I am using an admin token.
I am not sure where I am going wrong.
This is on cloud model, I did try for the docker version, it works perfectly fine
Any inputs will really help me move forward.

cloud.seafile.com is a service managed by us. You should not use it for testing APIs. You can test with your own server.
