Outdated jQuery version

Hi there, when running security/compliance checks it advised to update jQuery and Jquery-placeholoder to there latest available version because of known vulnerabilities. The last update for jQuery was implemented with Seafile CE 6.3 (May '18).

Considering my lack of knowledge on this topic i can’t tell how urgent these updates are. I hope someone from the community or the developers can shed some light on this topic for me.

In the latest version, the main interface is written in react. jquery is only used in a few simple pages, like login page. So the problem is not urgent.
