Using seadrive for windows, I have every file and folder synchronized except for a few tools that I like to store there. One app stores a language file with the name of “en.ln~” and that seems to confuse it a bit. It appears that it believes that it is forever synchronizing. I changed it to remove the tilde and reload and the checkmark appears, and I changed it back and it immediately gets stuck again. The app is called dmde if that matters. Feel free to test for yourself.
Seafile internally uses temporary files ending with ~. So we don’t have plan to support syncing such files.
Understandable. Thank you for the explanation, I had thought this to be a bug lol.
Maybe indicate somehow that this file wont be synced. And maybe an info message why. Is this only a windows client issue or in general such filenames are not supported?
