It would be nice to have a standalone viewer for Seadoc files. I’ve seen people using it for Knowledge Base db (so do I) and being able to view local version docs while Seafile server failed during upgrade would be very helpful.

Currently we don’t have a plan to implement a standalone viewer yet.
The format of SeaDoc is open:
It is basically a file in json format.
Once SeaDoc has more users, we may implement this feature or someone in the community may implement it.
