Seadrive don't remove temp file

Hi.

my Drive Client is creating temp directories, which are also being synchronized.
E.g. Test123.docx.sb-12ed98129-AC31N1
I am using an MAC with the Drive Client v2.0.18

Does anyone have any ideas for a cause?

Mac Office creates this temp files during some operations. Sometimes they’re not removed quickly enough so they’re also synced to the server. This depends on the timing of Office and SeaDrive. It’s hard to exclude all temp file names.

And what to advise the user in this case?

For now they can remove the unused temp files manually.

What if a temp file is created for a user every time a new file is created?
You can hardly tell him then delete this file in the cloud every time…
