Hi, I have a file in my upload queue that’s stuck there for weeks now. I think it was being uploaded when I deleted it. Is there anything I can do to remove it from the upload queue?

Decided to remove the Drive client entirely and reinstall it. Bad call; I lost my last few days of work.
