Is there a better way to keep a Library downloaded in the cache for offline access? The “Download” features seems to download it but then it gets evicted when the cache gets full with other things.

It is unbelievable that they have still not added this feature after so many years!! As a paying customer I feel let down.
Maybe I have misunderstood, but if you want to have the files from a library available when offline and synced when you are online, it sounds like you are describing the seafile sync client.
