Seadrive sync issues

Hello colleagues,

ran into a problem: when adding files through the explorer using SeaDrive, the files do not always sync correctly. Those. the client has added files in the folder, the synchronization sign is spinning on them and these files are not sent to the server and other users of the common group do not see these files. And the user himself who added these files through Explorer after a second attempt to open such files receives an error:

0x800701AA:
The cloud operation did not complete before the timeout expired.

Similarly, when a client deletes a folder via Explorer, the folder’s data is not removed from the server, even in the web user interface that deleted it.

Win10x64
Seadrive 2.0.20
Seafile Server 8.0.4

What could be the problem?
