Seafile 13 - iPhone 6 compatibility?

Hi there!
We’re using a Seafile Professional Server with Version 13.0.19.
We have several dozens of Apple-Clients using the mobile App with no issues so far.
Now we would like to use some old iPhone 6 (iOS 12.5.8) to take pictures and upload them via the mobile app. Unfortunately the App doesn’t allow access to the library. The connection and the login seem to work fine, but the app freezes after selecting the account. There’s no error or message shown.

Is there a reason due to the compatibility of the Seafile Server and the iOS/App-Version that we can’t access the libraries?
Is there anything we can do or change so that it’ll work?

Hi Ron,

Thanks for reporting this. We’ve identified the issue, it’s a compatibility issue with devices running below iOS 13. We’ll fix it in the next release.
