Any advise?

The latter is what you linked to; the first link points to some rubbish.

But I’m curious what I could read about how to configure Seahub with Nginx …

The link you cited points to the old version of the Manual. The other link is for the new version. You can also try this one which is the now defunct Seafile Community Manual. If I remember correctly it followed the old format (and server) more closely.
