Hi,
after I updated my Seafile Client today from 6.0.1 to 6.0.2 my server is shown as unavailable/not connected.
After this, I updated my server from 6.0.6 Pro to 6.0.7 Pro hoping, that the bug is eliminated at the new server version. But the error still occurs. Syncing files is not affected by this failure.It occurs on different operating systems (Windows 7 x64 Prof, Windows 7 x86 Prof, Windows 10 Pro, Server 2012 R2).

[01/18/17 22:57:05] ../common/peer.c(943): Local peer downI had the same problem with 6.02. It didn’t seem to affect anything, but I reverted back to 6.01 anyway. I’ve since lost my Seafile folder that used to be present under “My Computer”. Ugh.
Do you have dump files under C:\users\username\ccnet\logs\dumps folder? Does the GUI crash or the seaf-daemon crash?
Dump folder is empty.
Same here, installed 6.02, but i can’t go back to 6.01, installer says i have a newer version installed and quits.
Uninstall the version 6.0.2 and install 6.0.1 again.
But did settings stay? I don’t want to reinitialize all my synced folders…
The version 6.0.2 has several bugs. We will fix it after the Chinese New Year holiday.
When the 6.0.2 client shows the server as “not connected” mistakenly, can you check what’s in the log file? Right click the seafile tray icon, choose “open logs folder”, and check the file “applet.log”.
