Seafile client stuck on "initializing"

Running Windows 11:

seafile.log show:

(I have replaced the hostname in the logs with xxx for security reasons)

The client shows for hours the animated “progress” circle animation without showing any libraries.

Any ideas why Seafile is stuck?
