This is a maintenance release with following fixes:

Upgrading the docker container didn’t work for me since the tag of the newest version ist 11.0-latest. Up to 11.0.9 the tag used for the latest build has been latest without the major version identifier. Is this a new naming scheme for the docker images?

There are two tags, 11.0.11 and 11.0-latest, both are point to the same image.
