Could it be that this one happened to be uploaded to download folder of the community versions by mistake?
https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/download.seadrive.org/ also lists a 10.0.10 version that is NOT a CE given by both the file size and the folder contents of the .tar.gz …
