Seafile Pro v13: After migration, no file tag feature

Hi there,

I recently updated my Seafile CE Server (latest version 12 binary) to Seafile Pro Server version 12 latest, which worked fine and then to Seafile Pro Server version 13 latest binary.

Everything is working, even elasticsearch, but in the webinterface I can´t use the new file tag feature or I can´t see the Views and the settings “Tags” in the option menu from libraries like here: Reddit - Please wait for verification

So it´s just empty and I only can see “Files” in the left bar. In the server logs there is no error message. Even on my other Seafile Pro v13 Server it´s the same issue.

Aditionally I don´t see any option to add new tags to any files or creating tags on both servers.

Now I have three thoughts:

  1. Is the Metadata Server missing maybe? This extension is not installed.
  2. Something went wrong with the migration? How do I check it?
  3. Do I have to install Version 13.0.12 beta? Because only there is a note in the changelog that the interface will guide me through the process migrating the tags. But I didn´t receive any message.

Do you have (other) ideas why it is this way?

Solved, I found here now a thread, where it said I have to install the metadata Server. I will do that.
