Seahub 12.0.14 Server shows dates in the EN layout, although the RU layout is enabled in the interface settings.

After upgrading from version 11.0.13 to 12.0.14, file dates began to be displayed in the English layout (EN), although the interface settings are set to Russian (RU).
How can I fix this?
