Server Download Links Broken

(Disclaimer: I had to put extra spaces in my links below to post because it complained that I can’t include links in my posts, maybe because I’m a new user?)

Just wanted to point out that the server download links for 7.1.5 and 8.0.2 on the download page (https:// www.seafile .com/en/download/) are wrong, they are pointing to an Amazon AWS link with the actual real download path appended to the end.

Example:

Actual link:
https:// s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws .com/download.seadrive.org/seafile-server_8.0.2_x86-64.tar.gz
Should be:
https:// download.seadrive .org/seafile-server_8.0.2_x86-64.tar.gz

I was able to download the tarball by copying the Amazon link and removing the first part until it looked like the second link in my example.

(I couldn’t find another topic that already existed about this, after searching most things I found were about downloading files from a deployed server.)

The Amazon S3 links work for me just fine (EU region).

Very interesting, it must be a local issue for me then, maybe something about my DNS server. I get a NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID error with the Amazon link.
