Hi, unfortunately the sharing options in the context menu options with Seadrive in Windows Explorer do not work - or not anymore, I am sure it was working (maybe on another PC or Windows 10).
“Always keep on the device” and “Release Space” do work however. Any idea on how to solve it? Thank you
Windows 11 (latest updates)
Seadrive Drive client 3.0.12
Here you can see a simulation. When clicking on the sharing items, just nothing happens, while “Speicherplatz freigeben” (release disk space) und “Immer auf diesem Gerät behalten” (keep on this device) works.
Hello @bnjbnj , you can try turning off the local firewall and then try again. If there are still issues, after clicking the context menu, you can check for errors in the seadrive-gui.log and seafile_ext.log. You can find the seafile_ext.log in the home directory, for example, C:\Users\seafile\seafile_ext.log.
@feiniks@Jonathan Thank you. Deactivating the firewall did not help. But I was checking the Log-Files and found the latest entries when I try use the context menu are always as the following - so seems to be a problem with the repo ids / unique names? Any idea how to fix it?:
[04/15/25 20:26:01] failed to get repo id of Meine Bibliotheken/BAMA: Invalid repo unique name
[04/15/25 20:26:01] failed to get the repo id for "C:/Users/Username/seadrive_root/Username/Meine Bibliotheken/BAMA/BM_Protokoll/BM_Protokoll_X002_2025-02-05.xlsx"

Hm, it works on other computers without problems, I only have the issue on this one Windows11 computer. As it’s a work URL I don’t want to share it publicly, but can I may I send you a dm?
