Show server version in info tab

Hello there

The “Info” tab in System Admin should show the version of Seafile currently running.
It should also show whether this is the newest version (and possibly link to upgrade notes if there is a new version available).

Thanks for the suggestion. The feature will be added in a later version 11.0 release.

In version 11.0, the server version is shown in info tab.
