Hello,
on Windows 10/11 Pro, Seadrive 3.0.15 sometimes displays a sync error notification stating that one or more files are locked by another user.
However, on the computer where the error appears, those files haven’t been opened, previewed, or otherwise accessed.
Under what conditions could this happen? Could it be related to Windows indexing operations that run while the system is idle?
This behavior is quite frustrating, especially when we need to provide support to users who believe the client isn’t functioning correctly.
