Translations are half and half

I am not sure if this is an exclusive problem with the brazilian portuguese translation, but I guess not.

Please take a look at the following image:

As you can see, there are still a lot of things to translate.
I’ve tried altering/adding translations to – seafile-server-latest/seahub/locale/pt_BR/LC_MESSAGES/django.po – but it didn’t work.
I’ve also tried setting up LC_ALL and other locales to brazilian portuguese with and without UTF-8, nothing.

Any ideas how can I solve this? :slight_smile:

You can edit django.po and then use msgfmt command from gettext package to compile django.po to get django.mo.
Or better yet, you can join the team to help translate seafile in https://www.transifex.com/haiwen/seahub/language/pt_BR/

A better solution would actually be to collaborate on Transifex. All users could get your improvements then.
