I accidentally broke my seafile server.
Can I just delete the seafile folder and run a new installation as described in the server manual or do I need to run any uninstallation procedure?
You can have multiple installations as long as the dependencies don’t conflict with each other afaik. You can create a “mycloud2” directory and start over there.
