Upgrade instructions from 7.0 to 7.1 missing

Hello everyone,

the seafileltd/seafile-mc:7.1.3 image has been out for a while, but I can’t find any upgrade instructions. Is it safe to just change the tag or do I need to run any upgrade scripts?

No special steps are needed.
