I’m using version 8.0.3 of Seafile server and found the following behaviour:
When searching for users in “system admin” panel a user is always found twice when the search term is part of his name and his email address, which is often the case. I think this is irritating. Every user should be found only once.

I can reproduce this. I think it would be better if you create an issue in the seahub project on gibthub.
After upgrade from 6.0.3 to 8.0.4, I have same problem, some users appears twice in system admin.
I also discover missing shared links in system admin but presents in users spaces.
The numbers of files show in system admin info pages is different after the upgrade, but total used space is the same and I could not find missing files.
All this tends to prove there is a pb in sysadmin panel.
How to fix that ?
