Where to add robots.txt?

What folder do I put my robots.txt file in?

Seafile comes with robots.txt. It is in the seahub/seahub/templates/robots.txt, which you can modify. By default it is set to

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

Thank you, I found it in seafile-server-6.2.3/seahub/seahub/templates

Is this file being used (will search bots see the txt)? Or, does it need to be moved somewhere to become useful?
