I notice a setting that has folder list on the left pane under logo (It’s showing on feature page of Seafile website - I attach a screenshot) Wonder to turn this on either Pro or CE ?

You are looking for “published libraries”.
Afaik, they are auto-enabled. You should find them on the left in Seahub, unless your user role does not have the permission to publish libraries.

Rdb is right, if you want to use a Wiki I think you must create a dedicated library with your markdown files and publish it. But I also think that this is only available in the pro version.
