I am trying to install seafile 9.0.4 on a machine with 7.0.4 currently running. It instantly generates this error and fails out.
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
I did run a installer log file and this is the error leading up to the problem. Let me know if you need anything else thanks again for everything.
