Windows explorer extension binary not available to users

windows

#1

The shell extension binary is saved under the %appdata% directory of the user installing the software, making that binary inaccessible to other users using the app on the same system, I’d recommend saving this binary directly into the install directory, given that the software requires administrator privileges to install anyways. This is true for both the seafile and seadrive clients.
