Error: Failed to get fs ids from primary

Hi there,

I have a library which I cannot sync to my real-time backup.

The error, when issuing a forced sync with seaf-backup.sh -f [repo_id] is:

Failed to sync repo [repo_id]: Failed to get fs ids from primary.

On the primary I see no errors (seafile.log), but in my apache/error log I see:

[Mon Jan 22 13:49:07.432570 2018] [proxy_http:error] [pid 6415:tid 140624988686080] (70007)The timeout specified has expired: [client 130.60.191.72:42312] AH01102: error reading status line from remote server 127.0.0.1:8082
[Mon Jan 22 13:49:07.432649 2018] [proxy:error] [pid 6415:tid 140624988686080] [client 130.60.191.72:42312] AH00898: Error reading from remote server returned by /seafhttp/server-sync/repo/[repo_id]/multi-fs-id-list/
  1. do I need to increase a (which?) timeout?
  2. or would you guess the problem lies somewhere else?

the load on the primary is around 2, that should not be a problem. disk access (ceph) is also not the cause. I did an fsck on both the primary and the backup (no errors reported).

Best,
Hp

Ok. It seems that this error went away, when I finally fixed my memcached issues (see Memcached problems(?)).
